Subscription and Billing Terms

These terms supplement the Terms of Service for paid subscriptions.

Charges and renewal

Prices, billing frequency, taxes, included usage, and limits are shown at checkout or in an order. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled when automatic renewal is disclosed and permitted.

Payment and changes

You authorise charges to the selected payment method. Failed payments may result in retry, restriction, or suspension. Price or plan changes will be notified as required before taking effect.

Taxes and records

Prices may exclude taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless a valid exemption is accepted. Billing records and invoices are available through the account or support channel.
