Subprocessor and Vendor Transparency Notice

This Notice explains how ResearchCave manages vendors that process personal data.

Selection and contracts

Vendors are assessed according to data sensitivity, access, location, security, resilience, incident history, and regulatory requirements. Processing terms cover documented instructions, confidentiality, safeguards, incident assistance, deletion, audit information, and subprocessor controls.

Current inventory

Before production launch, publish the current provider name, service purpose, data categories, processing locations, and transfer mechanism for each material subprocessor. Customer notice and objection procedures follow the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
